Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEICESTER-BASED Premier Logistics has extended its coverage in the Pall-Ex pallet network, following its purchase of the business and assets of Cobley Transport (Reading) last year.

At the time of the acquisition, following the administration of Cobley Transport (Reading), Premier took on the former Palletways member's RG postcode too, a move that effectively saw it dualrunning in two networks.

However, Martin Field, group finance director at Pall-Ex, confirmed the haulier's exit from Palletways, and said: "Premier Logistics has been a long-standing and valued member of the network.

"We are pleased that our working relationship is continuing with the company and that Premier Logistics is now taking on a bigger role in the network, covering the RG postcode from the start of 2014."

CM understands that Premier is also covering some of the SP and SO postcodes for Pall-Ex (as well as some of NN and NG). However, Premier is no longer handling the St Albans area (inherited after taking on the former site of collapsed Bill Chippington Haulage). It continues to cover the whole of the LG postcode.

Premier Logistics moved to a new 200,000ft2home in Coalville, Leicestershire, last autumn, a mile off junction 22 of the Ml.
