regret that S. Smith and Sons (M.A.), Ltd., advised us of the death of Mr. F. A. Cotterell, for 20 years purchase manager of the company and, previousry, its secretary for a period of 30 years. As one of the original staff of S. Smith and Sons, Strand, and the oldest employee, he was greatly respected by his colleagues.
