OWNER-DRIVERS and small hauliers: how is 2012 going for you, thanks to the cost of diesel and having to it catalytic converters to go into London? Why haven’t we been offered help with the cost of this – other industries get support to make changes for environmental issues. Never mind. When we comply we will be able to go into London and sit in the trafic jams caused by the Olympics!
