BRITISH MIDLAND AIRWAYS has announ ced a consortium to provide coach links between the East Midlands Airport at Castle Donington near Derby, and Sheffield, Newcastleupon-Tyne, Birmingham, Derby and Leicester. The plan will mean a wider choice of holiday coach tours to Majorca, Costa Brava, the Adriatic and the Belgian Coast.

The Air Transport Licensing Board has approved the airway's plan to operate the inclusive tours services at weekends from Castle Donington in conjunction with the consortium of coach operators.
