Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BIRMINGHAM City Transport has ordered 12 Ford R192 single-deck buses worth about .E48,000. The chassis will be fitted with 32ft.4ong 45-seat bodies and delivery is scheduled for early next year. These are the first lightweight single-deck chassis to be ordered by Birmingham.
