Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HUMBERSIDE Airport's new crash tender, based on the Unipower CT44 Angloco chassis and powered by a Cummins VT555 engine, has a capacity for 1000 gallons of water plus 150 gallons of foam. Yet it is able to accelerate from 0 to 50mph in under 45 seconds.

A unique feature of this tender is that the foam/water supply to the monitor and side lines is controlled by a twin electric system. The secondary system can be switched in, in the event of failure, while a manual override system can be used instantly without the need to dump the air supply. Although designed to carry a crew of four, the operation of loading water and foam and applying it to a fire can be executed by one operator.
