Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NORTHERN IRELAND Trailers (Scotland), a member company of P and 0 Transport Services, has placed an order for the delivery of new van semi-trailers worth E130,000.

All 24 new semi-trailers are 12m (40 ft) examples and are being supplied by Craven Tasker of Sheffield. They-will be used on the Ardrossan to Belfast ferry route operated by Northern Ireland Trailers (Scotland).

This is the second stage of a EL/2m capital expenditure programme. This time last year the company spent £225,000 on new van and PSK trailers. It expects to announce more capital expenditure later this year.
