• An ILV driving school has been given provisional authority to use a deserted army camp on the outskirts of Swindon as a training area, despite protests from local residents.
Premier Training, owned by Thamesdown Transport bus company, will use the former Chisledon camp. Thamesdown Borough Council gave permission for restricted use of the site for a year.
