Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALTHOUGH IN recent years he has been dogged by ill health, Harry Skelton, of Fillongley, Coventry, a farmer's son who became a successful tipper operator, still indulges his unusual hobby of ploughing. Having helped in the 1982 ploughing championship in Tasmania, he plans to go to the international contest in Zimbabwe in May. He collects old tractors, of which he has seven, and has also three vintage ploughs. They are not simply museum pieces, for he drove his 1938 Fordson N-type tractor to win first prize in Warwickshire Agricultural Society's vintage ploughing match last year.

Harry Skelton has been an influential RHA member for many years and has made his voice heard nationally as well as in Coventry, Rugby and North Warwickshire sub-area. Like other hauliers, he has not escaped the effects of the depression and he has reduced his fleet from 23 to 13. Hard times have clearly not made him superstitious.
