AT the Public Transport Association's conference at Blackpool in May, Mr. S. C. Vince, chief engineer of Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Co., Ltd., will read a paper on public service vehicle brakes, and Mr. Arnold A. Jackson, general manager of Bolton Transport Department, will deal with bus garages and stations.
