• Spy cameras are being used in Hertfordshire to catch drivers breaking truck bans. A video system, developed by the Transport and Road Research Laboratory, automatically films HGVs entering banned zones.

The London Boroughs Transport Scheme says there are no plans to introduce the cameras onto the Capital's streets, but more operators have been fined under the London Lorry Ban.
