A WORKING group has been set up with the Transport Department to study — in collaboration with the Railways Board — the rates of retUrn from investment in road and rail, as recommended by the Leitch Committee.
Announcing this in the Commons, John Horam, the Under Secretary, said that no specific limit had been put on the research funds or manpower to be employed.
