Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO NEW MODELS—the SK.24/30 and PSK.24/30—have been added to the York range of container-carrying semi-trailers. They are single-axle designs suitable for operation at 24 tons gross train weight and can carry 30ft ISO containers. The difference between the two is that the SK.24/30 is a skeletal trailer while the PSK.24/30 has a platform allowing it to carry normal goods also.

Payloads (container plus load) of up to 17 tons are possible, designed gross trailer weight being 20 tons.

The SK.24/30 weighs 2.3 tons and costs £1,096 while the PSK.24/30 weighs 3.4 tons and costs £1,246.
