WALLENIUS LINES' service between Southampton and Rouen is to be withdrawn from December 30. This temporary measure has been caused by increasing Port costs and the effect of devaluation on vessel running costs, states the line. Earlier this month Wallenius Lines announced an increase in rates on the service.
