The Western traffic area includes big cities Bristol, Portsmouth, Plymouth and Southampton, as well as more rural areas.
As a result, Bell conducts public inquiries in Bodmin, Bristol, Penzance, Salisbury. St Ives, and Tavistock, and her office comprises eight members of staff. including a secretary and a public inquiry clerk.
