• An air suspension kit which automatically adjusts a semitrailer from its loading to ride height when the driver touches his brake, is being launched at Tipcon by Rubery OwenRockwell.
The patented system stops a driver forgetting to lower the air suspension when he leaves a depot and damaging the truck's air bags, says the Wrexharn-based company. This, it says, can happen with manual devices. So far, 35 C'I'R and TIP trailers in service with Frigoscandia have been fitted with the kit.
