Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Essex Group Training Association has formed itself into a limited liability company, Training Development' (Transport) Ltd, as part of a long-term development plan. A new training centre is to be built and Group training activities are to be expanded.

A chief instructor has been appointed and he will be mainly involved with in-company driver training using company's own' vehicles. Driving instruction is also to be given to light vehicle drivers and heavy vehicle repair apprentices are to be given car driver training plus a two-day heavy vehicle driving familiarization course on a private training area. Training for fork-lift truck drivers is included in the Group's activities.

Management courses will be expanded in the new training centre and the Group's Continental operations course will continue.

An open evening to mark the formation of the new company will be held at the Lion and Lamb Hotel, Duke St, Chelmsford, on Wednesday July 26 from 7 pm. Admission . is by ticket only, available on request from the secretary at Kelvedon Station Approach. Speakers will include Mr J. Nightingale, Chief Constable of Essex, Mr H. E. Robson, the Eastern LA, Mr J. Hilder, divisional manager of the RTIT13. and Mr Trevor Davies, the company training officer. There will be films and time for general discussion.
