Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• West Lindsey District Council has taken delivery of a Dennis chassis equipped with a MacLift dedicated recycling body. The three-compartment body will be used for can, glass and paper collection.

Total capacity is 28m3 split into two 13.4m3 and a single 11.2ms compartment.

To satisfy recycling requirements, the body is not fitted with a compactor, unlike conventional refuse bodies.

For each tonne collected the council donates £1.50 to local charities to encourage the public to separate recycling material. Although MacLift has supplied some 80 of the specialist recycling bodies over the past 18 months, demand has risen since the Landfill Tax was introduced in October.
