LADBROKE Holidays has bought a 60 per cent share in coach camping operator Club Cantabrica of St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Ladbroke paid 12.4m for the Club Cantabrica operation, which will remain a separate operation headed by its former chairman David Stewart. Club Cantabrica operates a fleet of 21 Jonckheere-bodied Volvo B1OM coaches.
