Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Although it has been operating under its new title for three months, the SOS Group Training (Edinburgh) training centre at Straiton, Midlothian, is to be officially re opened on July 1.

The SOS centre was originally opened in 1971, and lasted in its original guise until June 1982. When closure threatened, it was taken over by Lagta of Coatbridge, which operated it for three-and-a-half years. Early in 1986 it was decided that the Straiton centre could be run independently again, and it was re-organised under its present title.

Courses are now offered in the following areas: HGV driver training; fork lift truck operator training; PSV driver training; CPC courses; carriage of dangerous chemicals courses; mobile crane, wheeled shovel and dump truck operator training; car driving and safety and first aid.

SOS is an RTITB training group, and operates from Loanhead Road, Straiton, Midlothian EH20 9NQ; phone 031440 1171.
