Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Robert Coulthard, a second-year postgraduate at the Royal College of Art, spent a summer vacation as an "assistant unloading operative" for a Durham haulier. The conditions in which drivers work must have impressed him mightily, because his exhibit at the College's annual Design Show is a design for a cab which gives the occupants a softer life. Based on a Leyland V8 chassis, his cab has interior sound-proofing panels, tinted windows and orthopaedically designed seating, The cab would tilt for routine work but is completely removable for major maintenance — it is deliberately "isolated" from the chassis.

The Design Show is open all this week at the College -of Art, Kensington Gore, London; among other vehicle designs on show is a basic transport !recreational "buggy" by postgraduate Lionel Chew.
