LASGOW'S experimental single deck trolleybus, with space for 20 seated and 40 standing passengers, will be shown on the stand of Metropolitan-Cammell-Weymann, Ltd., at Earls Court in September. This vehicle, described in "The Commercial Motor" on June 30, has the B.U.T. ETB.1 export chassis, modified to comply with British law, and is equipped with an M.C.W. transit-type body. Because of the dropped rear extension to the frame, the controller gear is carried beneath the front overhang. •

Another B.U.T. trolleybus exhibit at Earls Court will be an ETB.1 chassis with a .Park Royal body, one of 18 on order for Montevideo Municipality. 'I his single-decker has rear-mounted electrical equipment manufactured jointly by Metropolitan Vickers, English Electric and B.T.H..
