AFTER it had been submitted that summonses relating to insurance, issued against a lorry driver and his mate, employed by the Road Haulage Executive, were not valid because the R.H.E. was a Crown Department, Shrewsbury Magistrates last week adjourned the case until September 26 for legal consideration.
