A do-it-yourself gadget that simplifies sump-oil changing is being marketed by Stylex Motor Products. Called the dredger oil changer, the unit comprises a lightweight vacuum pump that withdraws used. oil and sludge through the dip-stick orifice, It is claimed that a sump can be emptied within a few minutes.
