• An objection by the North Western (Western) area of the Road Haulage Association to a proposed restriction order by the Welsh office is to be heard at the Civic Centre, Colwyn Bay, at 10.30 am on January 25 1972. The restriction order would ban loading and unloading of goods between 10 am and 1 pm and between 4 pm and 6 pm in Abergele Road and Conway Road which are the trunk roads running through Colwyn Bay and Old Colwyn.
