Terberg DTS (UK) has developed a fully electric shunter available for its YT distribution machine to meet increasing demands for a zero-emission tractor.
The new fully electric shunter can operate up to 16 hours in one shift on a 90-minute recharge.
It is also fitted with a battery that can be recharged more than 3,500 times, which allows a single battery to last for more than five years.
