Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NORFOLK HAULIER Jack Richards & Son has added 10 new Euro-4 compliant Mercedes-Benz Actros to its 150-strong fleet.

They are the company's first set of trucks to be running with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction). Jack Richards' managing director Peter Brown says: We consider SCR to be the simpler option. We prefer the idea of a simplified engine management system, and dealing with the pollutants in the exhaust chamber. "Our new Actros are still bedding in, but we're seeing returns of around 0.4mpg better than expected."

The Actros 2544 tractor units, equipped with M-B's 12-speed automated transmission, were supplied by Norwich dealer Orwell Truck andVan.It is also a member of the Palletways network. Richards' clients include Kellogg's, Lever and Premier Foods. The Fakenhambased company has a second depot in North wich, Cheshire.
