• Transtleet is experimenting with the first 3.5-tonne curtainsider to join its rental fleet.
The Leyland Daf 400 Series chassis is fitted with a Southfields Lightweight Fleetloada body which offers a payload of nearly 1.4 tonnes. It will be based at Transfleet's Camberwell depot.
This is part of a 62-vehicle order for curtain-sided rental vehicles placed with Southfields by Transfleet.
