Ltd. to the candidate who, being an employee of a road passenger transport company in England or Wales, achieves, within three consecutive years, the highest aggregate of marks in the Royal Society of Arts examinations for a diploma in Road Transport Subjects, has been won this year by Mr. Douglas R.
