AS foreshadowed in the issue of The Commercial Motor dated December 7, Southdown Motor Services, Ltd., last week applied to the South-Eastern Traffic Commissioners for authority to introduce through bookings on all points of its bus services,

Objections were lodged by the Motor Hirers and Coach Services Association and individual operators, to ascertain whether new concessions were being sought and to ensure that existing facilities were properly endorsed on the company's licences.
