Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A seminar designed to help fleet operators address new guidelines on the management of occupational road risk is to be held by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) at the National Motorcycle Museum at Solihull on 22 September.

The seminar is entitled Focusing on Performance. The guidelines, to be issued shortly by the Health and Safety Executive, are likely to require employers to assess the risks their vehicles present, and introduce targeted safety measures. They will also be expected to gather and analyse data on any accidents that occur, and see what can be learned from it.

"Bosses can no longer ignore the fact that managing atwork road risk is a mainstream health and safety issue," says Charles Davis, MR head of driver and fleet solutions.
