Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Drivers at Suffolk-based European Road Services, who locked their boss out of his premises in a dispute over nonpayment of wages, were still camped out at the site in Hadleigh as Commercial Motor went to press. It is understood that local people have been supplying the drivers with food as the group continue to fight for the money owed to them (CM 14-20 August). Despite continued talks with the finance companies, no money has yet been released.
