Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Plant hire company PJ Fitzpatrick & Sons has purchased its second Scania P94C 260 6x2 low-profile rigid plant carrier from Scantruck of Purfleet. Both are being used on contracts in and around London.

The latest addition has an 8.0m Andover Trailers plant body fitted with lm-wide onepiece hydraulic ramps and beavertail so it can carry excavators. Other fittings include a 3.6-tonne Ramsey electric winch with remote control, cab-height steel-meshed headboard and diesel tank and pump to fuel the machines.

Director Mark Fitzpatrick says the three-axle rigid's low and compact design makes it stable on the road and easy to load and off-load.
