Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by Bryan Jarvis • Overlander Trailers has purchased the intellectual design properties of Maxilode and has established it as a wholly owned subsidiary. This is the latest of a number of takeovers and mergers in the UK trailer industry recently.

The entire range of intermodal skeletal semi-trailers and drawbars formerly built by Maxilode Transport Equipment will now be produced at the Overlander factory in Kidderminster. Already the new Maxilode plant has four sloping frame skeletal chassis designed to carry 20/30ft ISO tanks in build for several customers.

Repairs and refurbishment to existing trailers will also take place at Kidderminster, whereas Maxilode spares will be available under a national delivery service from Overlander Truck & Trailer Parts at Wolverhampton and Longacre Motor Parts in Avonmouth and Bristol.
