● Dunstable, Bedfordshirebased Adam Price will attend an inquiry on 27 April. The TC will consider disciplinary action.
● At a PI on 27 April, the TC will look at disciplinary action against The Masters Group in Leicester.
Eastbourne
● Professional Transport, based in Lancing, West Sussex, will attend a PI on 5 May, at which the TC will consider disciplinary action. The repute of the transport manager is also up for consideration.
● A PI on 13 May will consider a new application from Roberts Transport (Sussex) in Brighton. The TC will also look at disciplinary action against related business Roberts Transport Services and the repute of the transport manager.
● On 19 May, the TC will consider the repute of the transport manager and disciplinary action against WSG Transport based in Rochester, Kent.
● The TC will look at disciplinary action against, and a variation application from, Wembleybased Premier Palletised on 24 May.
