Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WE understand that among the various types of high-pressure greasing equipment to be used by Castrol appointed garages in connection with the new Lubrequipment scheme of C. C.

Wakefield and td., announced in The Commercial Co.,kotor on March 10, apparatus made by John B. Pillin, Ltd., Beekenham, will be included. Its sole distributor is Fredlt. J. Gordon and Co. Ltd., 92, Charlotte Street, London, Wi

Comprising a high-pressure impulse gun, container, electric air compressor, leads, connections, pressure gauge, etc., the J.D.P. lubricating and tyre-inflating unit costs complete £30.

The compressor is of Dunlop manufacture, and is driven by a universal motor suitable for D.C. or AC. ; the container incorporates an air chamber, having a capacity of 864 cubic ins, and tested' to withstand 250 lb. per sq. in., and the standard gun delivers grease at a pressure of 7,000 lb. to 8,000 lb. per sq. in.

The gun is trigger-operated, and the air aeting upon a floating piston of large diameter and considerable weight causes it to deliver blows on the smalldiameter plunger, the la:st-named being returned by a spring. Grease is fed positively to the plunger cylinder from the container, suction not being relied upon to maintain the supply.

A long rigid stern enables inaccessible grease nipples to be reached with comparative ease. A. flexible ball-jointed stem with adaptor for Tecalemit and Enots-type nipples is also supplied.

Being composed of a series of short metal tubes, each connected to the next by a ball joint, this type of flexible piping can -withstand extremely high pressures.

The outfit is mounted on castor wheels and can easily be moved to the Vehicles requiring its service.

The J.B.P. unit is sold without the air compressor, to work from existing air lines, for £21, and a self-contained gun designated the J.B.P. Junior, incorporating a grease container having a capacity of 1 lb. and working on the same principle as the other, is made; its price is £11.
