• Aberdare-based bus operator Cynon Valley Transport is stepping-up its tendering for municipal vehicle maintenance contracts.
It plans to increase its municipal work from a third now to about half of its business by the end of the year. The company will tender for two more contracts this year, to add to its two three-year contracts with Cynon Valley Borough Council worth over 2250,000 in total.
