A ROOTES 12-seater special personnel carrier, based on a Commer 1500 passenger shell (nominal payload ton) with 4P.105 petrol engine is shown on this stand. The vehicle has a specially moulded glassreinforced plastics roof to provide additional interior height. In addition to the driver's seat, nearside passenger seat and centre seat in the front compartment, there is in the rear a treble, two double and two single seats all facing forwards.
