OF special interest on the Spenborough stand, an all-aluminium tipping body is of all-welded construction. Details include pressed-aluminium cross-bearers, a floor and sides and ends of lOg material, the sub frame being also of aluminium. The body has a length of 14ft 6in., is mounted on a Dodge K1050 chassis and is elevated by a Spenborough UPT under-body tipping gear having a capacity of 12 tons.
