Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

An augmented range of electrode arms that facilitate welding vehicle bodies where access is difficult has been announced by the ARO Machinery Co. Ltd. Of the quick-change type, the arm sets have been designed in collaboration with leading vehicle makers and cater for welding the light vehicle bodies produced by the BLMC, the Rootes Group, Ford and Vauxhall.

Of related interest, the company's latest spot-welding guns, the 169A pincer type and the DP38 twin-spot gun, are incorporated in an ARO special repair set which also includes a master control unit and a selection of electrode arms carried on a special trolley. The master control unit controls weld current, weld time and pressure and provides for ther mic energy control. This compensates for a poor surface condition of the materials to be welded which may have scale, dirt or slight rust.
