Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Combopacker is the name of a compaction unit developed by Powell Duffryn Engineering Ltd. to handle waste materials and refuse. It comprises a packing head and skid frame, an hydraulic system operated by a built-in electric power pack and a loading hopper of 2 cu.yd. capacity which can if necessary be increased to facilitate continuous loading. The container is handled by 13T, 171 or 11S Dinosaur equipment and its size corresponds to the capacity of this equipment.

The 131 and 171 Combopacker is a closedtop container of up to 37 cu.yd. swept volume that gives a payload of 150 cu.yd., a compaction ratio of 4 to 1 being obtainable when loose refuse is being handled.

In the case of the smaller 11S Combopacker, the capacity of the containers varies up to 25 cu.yd. swept volume which gives a payload of up to 100 cu.yd. of loose refuse.
