MR. H. SHEPHERD-CARTER, who has joined the Irish Dunlop Co., is returning to familiar ground. He joined the Dunlop concern in Belfast in 1914 and was transferred to Dublin, where he served until the end of 1917. He then went to Bombay as district manager and was subsequently district manager in Colombo and then in Madras. He returned to England in 1921, and since then has, for the most part, been attached to the London depot.
