Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BUS AND COACH Training, the training arm of the Bus and Coach Council, is to run a series of short industry training courses this winter.

The courses will be run in an informal atmosphere where delegates will be able to examine their own organisational problems.

The programme includes four weekend events for managers and proprietors covering finance, marketing and sales, small computers and staff performance.

Midweek courses for drivers dealing with people, vehicle faults recognition, phone techniques for office staff and electrical fault finding for fitters are also included.

Only 16 delegates will be accepted on each to ensure that everyone is fully involved.
