RON SIBLEY, transport manager of DCL Food Group, has been promoted to the new position of transport director. Mr Sibley joined the Distillers subsidiary in 1954. After various senior appointments within the food group he became its transport manager in 1976.
He was appointed a director of the Distillers Company (Food Group Services) in 1981.
