Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Could someone please .,./explain the NFC/Exel Logistics strategy to the lowly employees.

When the country is in a growth situation we are pulling out or selling off: lost contracts include Vauxhall parts, Dana components and the Daily Mail, all to Swift Services; Home Base to Butts; Boots to Wests; and Ford warehousing for Europe (a contract we secured from Hay's but for nine months never did). Our board has now told the trade press that we are "supply chain managers". No—we are, and have always been, a transport operation that has never lost money.

So reverse the downward trend now and give us back our pride.
