Enviro-Trailers created huge interest when it exhibited its new non-tipping tipper for asphalt and aggregates at Tip-ex08. Since then it has been a rollercoaster of trialling, developing and finely tuning the product within the Tarmac Central region. The new generation trailer has many ground-breaking features including the thermally efficient Harsh Slide Go sheeter which, along with the newly designed insulated body was, on its maiden journey, able to successfully deliver hot asphalt into the paver 8.5 hours after it was loaded!
Enviro's MD Oliver Dixon personally operated the first trailer to gauge how it performed on all the Tarmac products and very quickly learned that, in addition to getting the design of the trailer correct, it was just as important to train the driver correctly to optimise its performance.
The trailers are being manufactured in the UK under licence by The Panektex Group, Enviro-Trailers and Aliweld, all having many years of expertise in specialised equipment.
The next-gen 'Non-Tipping Tipper' can be seen on stand M9.
