Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THREE new models announced by Trojan, Ltd., Purley Way, Croydon, are available with Perkins P.3 oil engines. Two passenger vehicles have been produced, one a personnel wagon with accommodation for 12-13 people, and the other a school bus capable of carrying up to 20 children,

The third model is a pick-up, the body having double-panelled fixed sides with drop tailboard. The body is 6 ft. 10 in. long and 5 ft. 31 in. wide, the sides being 1 ft. 9+ in. deep.

The Perkins P.3 2.36-litre oil engine develops 32 b.h.p. at 2,000 r.p.m. The specification includes a Borg and Beck 9-in, clutch, three-speed gearbox, hypoid rear axle and Lockheed hydraulic brakes.

The prices of these vehicles are:-personnel wagon, with wood-slat seats, £800, or with upholstered seats,010; petrol-engined version, £650 and 1660 respectively. Prices of the school bus vary with the seating capacity required and range from £825 for the oil-engined vehicle and £625 for the petrol-engined version.

With .oil engine, the pick-up costs £755, plus £158 5s. purchase tax, and with petrol engine, £555 plus £102 13s. lid, purchase tax. No purchase tax is payable on the passenger vehicles with 12 or more seats.
