Franks told Warrington magistrates last week. . Mr. Franks was defending a Glasgow driver charged with driving without reasonable consideration. The driver was said to have been travelling south over the bridge about 7 ft. from the near-side kerb. He decided to turn left, and in doing so collided with a car which had been overtaking him on the near side.
