Shotts-based Wypers has been given a severe warning about its future conduct by the Scottish DTC Richard McFarlane following a Glasgow disciplinary inquiry. It was warned that if any vehicle was found to be fitted with an interrupter device, or the speed limiter had been interfered with, significant action was likely to be taken against the licence.
