Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A DISTRIBUTION complex costing £250,000 was opened on the Isle of Wight by British Road Services Ltd on Wednesday. It will be operated by Islandlink Ltd, a BRS company, with 40 vehicles and 80 staff.

Offering a national distribution service and a "fetch and carry" service between IoW and the mainland, the depot has 2,973sqm (32,000sqft) of warehouse space specially designed for partitioning into self-contained letting units.

A 743sqm (8,000sqft) workshop area is able to undertake vehicle contract maintenance, bodybuilding and painting and signwriting.

The "fetch and carry" service will comprise the collection of loaded trailers left by operators at Southampton or Portsmouth and haulage to IoW destinations. This eliminates the need for trunker drivers to use •the ferry. There are also " groupage " depots at Southampton and Portsmouth for part-load deliveries.
